Weekly usage allowance not resetting at scheduled time

Bug

My weekly usage (all models) shows 100% used with reset time "1pm (Europe/Amsterdam)". It is currently 3pm Amsterdam time (2026-04-02) and the allowance has not reset. I am being charged costs that should be covered by my allowance.
