What's Wrong?
i am trying to renew my subscription that it was ended like i was in 100usd plan but after this it i forgot to renew and i be renew free plan and now i want to come back to 100 usd plan but it show like this and this ai support doesnt help at all and even this mail for support@anthropic.com also ai is responsing and no help and i dont know where should i post this or report it i need to solve this problem as fast as posssible

Same issue. I had Pro plan, monthly subscription and forgot to renew it in time, now I got warning message "This organization already has an active subscription."

Did any of you claim the $50 Opus extra usage credits around Feb 16 (valid for 60 days)? I am facing the same issue while resubscribing, and wonder if that is the "active subscription" being referred to. But those credits are not usable without a paid subscription either.
Yeah, I actually did! I was able to purchase a new subscription on IOS, but
only got pro since max is more expensive, going to try to see if I can get
to support via the paid channel.

Aconteceu isso comigo, porém o valor estava 550,00 no 5x... fui no APP via google e apareceu 675,00 e aí paguei e deu certo.

Mobile app doesn't help. The AI-chat-support claims its some flag on the account itself that has to be removed manually by a human but refuses to forward it to humans. It is clearly a stripe related bug, nothing we can do but wait for them to notice. 5K+ open issues, might be a while.
Try getting their attention on X, I couldn't find a human email. Sigh.

I faced the same issue a few days ago as well, and it persists. I claimed the extra credit at winter as well, then hopped to try chatgpt out. I realized I prefer claude, and while trying the resub, I face this issue.
It hasn't fixed yet?
I have tried it this afternoon, and it seems to be working, this issue may be closed. However, I don't have the means to test this, I can only state that it works for me now.
