[BUG] Max Plan API Returning “This organization has been disabled” After Re-Subscription

What's Wrong?

My Pro subscription was mysteriously canceled. I just re-subscribed to the Max plan, but I keep getting this error:API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"This organization has been disabled."},"request_id":"req_011CVVh7bsqLFPKxNsZ93jcB"}
I’ve gone through all the related documentation such as issue #5088, including unsetting the API key, but the issue still isn’t resolved.

What Should Happen?
