[Bug] Credit balance not updating after account reload, persistent low balance flag

Bug Description
My account went negative for about 75 cents, I reloaded 110 usd into it, and still after over an hour still being flagged as having a low credit balance. i temporarily fixed this after replacing my claude code api key with a new workspace key, but now this new key suffers from the same issue. help please!
