[BUG] Claude Code reporting I hit weekly usage limit

Bug Description

While using Claude Code to generate documents it compacted my conversation and gave me the output that I reached my weekly limit.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Claude Code
2. Compact Conversation

Expected Behavior

There is nothing in Claude documentation about weekly usage so I would not expect this.

Actual Behavior

The bug happened.
