[BUG] Weekly rate limit too small to be hit to only 5% of users.

What's Wrong?

The weekly rate limit seems to be too small, considering that it was intended to only hit between 2%-5% of the users.

What Should Happen?

The weekly rate limit should be able to last for a constant usage of 5h at day for 5-6 days at least of normal usage.

Use constantly for 2-3 days (between 5h-8h per day).
