What's Wrong?
Hitting usage limit while not actually hitting transparent usage limits.
What Should Happen?
Claude does what I tell it to, like a good AI slave.
Error Messages/Logs
Claude will kill a task, tell "You've hit your usage limit", but when I click the link it provides, I've only used 11% of hourly, 7% of weekly, and 0% of monthly? What's _really going on_ here?
