You've hit your session limit

Bug Description
Subject: Session limit appears stuck after reset

My Claude Code session usage has reset to 0%, and my weekly usage is only around 25%, but the CLI continues to display:

"You've hit your session limit · resets 6:40pm (Asia/Kolkata)"

This persists even after waiting for the reset and retrying multiple times. It appears the session limit isn't being cleared correctly, even though the usage dashboard indicates I have available capacity.

Could you please investigate whether this is a synchronization issue between the usage dashboard and Claude Code?
