[Bug] Remote Control: AskUserQuestion responses from Android app not reaching terminal

Bug Description
Claude CLI remote control: when I am in a terminal and /remote-control has been started, it allows me to successfully respond to tool permissions from android app but AskUserQuestion responses from Android don't reach the terminal in both plan and non-plan modes.
