[BUG] Android App: AskUserQuestion answers' description text is cut off

What's Wrong?

When using Claude Code app on Android, when Claude prompts a question with the askUserQuestion tool, the answers are provided with a hard limit on character count and an ellipsis that often cuts off the full description of your choices. Rotating the screen sometimes shows you a little more but in general you cannot usually see the full explanation of each possible response so it's impossible sometimes to make an informed decision using the app you

What Should Happen?

Either show the full response always or make the ellipsis tappable so that you can expose the rest of the answer or provide some other way to get the full description of each response

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into plan mode (note this isn't exclusive to plan mode though)
2. Describe something that you want to discuss and ask it to ask you questions if it has any questions.
3. When prompted for answers note that often the descriptions of the possible answers get cut off before you can have a full real understanding of what that option means.
