Hộp thoại AskUserQuestion bị kẹt trên màn hình, không tự đóng/ẩn sau khi bấm trả lời hoặc Submit. Lỗi lặp lại nhiều lần trong cùng 1 session, kể cả sau khi xóa cache app và cài lại app. Tuy nhiên câu trả lời vẫn được gửi đi thành công (Claude vẫn nhận được), chỉ là UI không cập nhật/ẩn hộp cũ đi.
