What You Asked Claude to Do

PR status icons (purple/green) no longer render in the session list gutter on macOS, app version 1.30096.5. Underlying data is intact — the repo has a merged PR #18 and an open PR #16, gh auth is valid with repo scope, and sessions that previously showed icons now show plain dots. Full quit-and-relaunch does not restore them. App updated Aug 14; several app log files (unknown-window.log, ssh.log, cowork_vm_node.log) stop writing at Aug 15 1:10am while the main log continues.
