Problem Statement

Make the "Claude Fable 5 is currently unavailable" banner dismissible

This notice is pinned permanently at the bottom of the chat, on every session, with no way to dismiss it. On a small screen it costs roughly 10% of the workspace height (screenshot attached).

I fully support Anthropic and the message itself — I just want to be able to close it once I've read it. Suggestion: make the top-of-feed tip dismissible (or auto-hide it after first view / when Fable isn't the selected model). It wouldn't remove the message, just stop it from permanently occupying screen space.

Environment: Claude Code desktop (macOS).
