[Feature Request] Persistent user preferences not retained across sessions for conversation history saving

Bug Description
"클로드 코드에서의 대화 내용을 특정 디렉토리 (~/prompt-history) 에 특정 포맷으로 저장해 달라고 요청을
했어요. 나중에 어떤 대화가 있었는지 편하게 찾아볼려고 했어요. 이 프롬프트를 잘 이해해서 모든 대화가 발생할 때 마다 마지막
단계에 대화를 잘 저장하는데, 문제는 항상 저장 전에 물어본다는 것 입니다. 그래서 앞으로는 대화 내용 저장은 물어보지 않아도
된다고 얘기했고, 클로드 역시 이 지시사항을 잘 알아들었다고 확인했습니다. (몇번이고) 그런데도 이후 대화에서 항상 물어보는
불편함이 있습니다. 이런 부분은 개선이 되었으면 좋겠네요."
