[Bug] Terminal history not retained on macOS; Page Up disconnected from session

Bug Description
In terminal window on my mac-mini, the terminal window no longer retains history. Code has the Page Up disconnected from the session. Version: 2.1.118. This is a critical bug in case a session gets interupted and I have to grab the context and manually add a work summary.
