What's Wrong?

For the past days I've been getting the error "API Error: Rate limit reached" in two Pro plans that I have, but in usage there is plenty of available time, it even already reseted the daily and weekly, its 0% used, and I'm still getting the error. I already tried reinstalling, logging out, etc. possible solutions.

The worst part is, we don't get any additional details besides API Error: Rate limit reached
