[BUG] API Error: Rate limit reached

What's Wrong?

0 usage but I get API Error: Rate limit reached. If I add extra credits it magically works, I feel scammed that I pay for a subscription it has 0% usage but I cant use it. I have to pay extra. I have no way of contacting anthropic, and the chatbot is literally a joke.

What Should Happen?

If a person pays for your subscription plan it should work.
