[BUG] CLAUDE CODE CLI: API Error: Rate limit reached

What's Wrong?

I'm using Claude Code CLI in Windows with a MAX plan, but everithing I write in the therminal Claude answers: API Error: Rate limit reached.

My termininal:

I've checked account limits, and I'm around 30%
