[BUG] Claude code -API Error: Rate limit reached

What's Wrong?

When I check my usage using /usage it says 0% but claude outputs API Error: Rate limit reached. My account works on the web app but not in CLI

What Should Happen?

claude should work as normal as i havent reached my limit
