[BUG] API Error: Rate limit reached

What's Wrong?

Since my account changed from Max to Pro, even thought I have used 0% of my usage limit I get this error.
Logging out and back in didnt help either.

What Should Happen?

It should use my limits properly instead of blocking me.

1. use with max subscription
2. downgrade to pro
3. cant use it at all
4. be upset and not be able to work
