[BUG] /remote-control slash command missing in live session (works for other users)

What's Wrong?

The /remote-control slash command is not available inside my live Claude Code
session. My teammates on the same plan have this command available and working.
claude remote-control works fine from a separate terminal.

• OS: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0)
• Shell: zsh
• Claude Code version: [run claude --version]
• Node version: [run node --version]
• Installation method: [brew]
• Plan type: [Max]

## Peers' Environment (where it works)

• Their Claude Code version: [same as mine , the most latest]
• Their OS: [macOS / Linux]
• Their installation method: [brew]

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Run claude to start interactive session
2. Type / — list of available slash commands appears
3. /remote-control and /rc are NOT in the list
4. Typing /remote-control shows "unknown command" or no response

## Troubleshooting Tried

• [ ] claude update — version: [2.1.80 (Claude Code)]
• [ ] Reinstalled Claude Code
• [ ] Checked claude config list for any relevant settings
• [ ] Compared versions with peer who has it working
• [ ] Tried fresh session with no plugins loaded

What Should Happen?

the /remote-control or /rc should show up in the existing terminal after the bug gets resolved
