Erroneous "API Error: Rate limit reached" Shut me out of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

I got up this morning and opened Claude code and then changed the model from Opus 4.6 to Sonnet 4.6 (1M context). Then typed in the cli to start working but it shut me out displaying, "API Error: Rate limit reached". Just last week I subscribed to the 5x Max Plan, and I haven't used Claude for at least 12 hours last night, in fact I restarted my Laptop and left it as it before i turned in. So, none of these makes sense.

What Should Happen?

Anthropic/Claude must give me access to the Claude Code.
