Erroneous Usage Policy restictions

I have requested Claude Code to add the copyright notices to an application I am developing. Claude Code has erroneously added these copyright notices to some json files that now the application is not able to process. When I request Claude Code to correct what it has done erroneously, I am receiving these errors.

The issue is that the existing settings file contains a comment which
makes it invalid JSON. Let me check what the content looks like:
