[Bug] Unexpected high token consumption after quota renewal

Bug Description
A penas se renovó mi cuota, escribí "continua" y pulsé la tecla enter, https://claude.ai/settings/usage me mostraba que ya se había consumido un 17% de la cuota en una sesión que empecé nueva con muy poco contexto de la sesión anterior
