[Bug] Unexpected rapid consumption of plan usage quota

Bug Description
did you silently reduce the usage of max plan users? i have never hit my limit before and now i suddenly run out of usage within one hour. thats insane, becuase i paid over 100€ for this and you do not make changes likes this transparent
