[Bug] Unexpected High Usage Consumption and Rate Limiting Issues

are you kidding with this 97% usage already!?!?!?!? it is 1 day! you are NOT LEGALLY allowed to do this! i did not agree and there was no way of changing this! i DID NOT agree to pay this money for your service and for you to keep redacting usage and abilities! your system has burned its own usage through being useless and creating errors in my code and systems! 99% of my spent usage has been on trying to track down the mistakes that your system forced into my work after refusing to what it was told and how it was told to do it! this is horrendous! i did NOT agree to any of this and you are abusing your users for the sake of your own bottom line! you will refund my money and usage, or .........anthropic's time in the sun is over you flash in the pan money grubbing clowns........ you ruined your system at the expense of your users
