[BUG] Command to allow is truncated (VS Code plugin)

What's Wrong?

Using the Claude Code VS Code plugin, I get prompted by Claude to approve commands, but they are truncated.

What Should Happen?

The whole command should be shown until the very last character.

Steps to Reproduce

as soon as Claude Code will prompt you with a request to approve a command, you will see the issue.
I am using a 27" monitor, with VS Code expanded across the whole monitor. Expanding the Claude panel doesn't help.
