What's Wrong?

I'm seeing a very brief, looks truncated, output from /context within the VS Code extension. I'm seeing a very different output when running Claude Code through the terminal in VS Code. Here is a screenshot of what im seeing. I'm on version 2.0.13 of the extension.

What Should Happen?

Expecting the full context output, something like this from the CLI version.
