[Bug] Code output rendering truncated in terminal display

Claude Code gives me full answers but unfotunately it renders only half of the code - a lot of text is just "black" - i did several tests (restarting OSsystem, claude,...) but nothing helped - it almost cost me two times 80% of my 5hour limit -> which is annoying since it cost me money without any solution...

Additional Information:
It seems this happens on my host since the Context is getting full
Not testet on a newly project or other cmd-windows
