What's Wrong?

Describe the bug
Response text is misaligned - lines shift to the right unevenly.
Approximately 90% of content is missing or truncated.

To reproduce

  1. Open Claude Code CLI on Windows
  2. Ask any question
  3. Observe the output - text appears centered/shifted incorrectly

Expected behavior
Text should be left-aligned and display completely.

Environment

  • OS: Windows 11 (hoac Windows 10)
  • Terminal: PowerShell / CMD / Windows Terminal (ghi ro ban dang dung)
  • Claude Code version: 2.0.73 (kiem tra bang lenh: claude --version)

What Should Happen?

Response text should be displayed correctly with:

  • Left-aligned text
  • Complete content visible (no truncation)
  • Consistent line spacing without random right-shifts
  • All characters and sentences fully rendered

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open terminal (PowerShell/CMD/Windows Terminal)
  2. Run: claude
  3. Type any question or prompt (e.g., "Hello, how are you?")
  4. Press Enter
  5. Observe the output - text appears misaligned with lines shifted to the right randomly, and approximately 90% of content is missing or truncated
