UI Freeze During Sync: Message Input Unresponsive and Blocked

Bug Description
it is now constantly syncing or doing a task and during anything it's doing the message window LOCKS up and stops accepting any text, this is making it very hard to work with and i have to let it finish before i can even type a message or send anything, this update has completly broken how i communicate with claude quikly
