[Bug] Interactive prompts freeze and become unresponsive when switching windows

Bug Description
Whenever claude code asks me for a question and a question multiple choice answer format and im working on something else in another tab or another program. The questios get freezed and I cant choose between them. Sometimes when there is multiple questions I can go all the way to the submit question and that lets me move up and down and unfreezes so then I can go back to the first question. If its only one question I have to ctrl + c cancel it and prompt it to regive me the question and wait in that terminal while it prompts me again.
