[BUG] Interactive TUI unresponsive

What's Wrong?

Version: 2.1.69 (broken), 2.1.68 (working)
OS: Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200
Install: winget (Anthropic.ClaudeCode)
Terminals: cmd.exe + PowerShell 7 (pwsh.exe)
Issue: Interactive TUI unresponsive - Safety check prompt
accepts no keyboard input. claude --version works fine.
Workaround: Downgrade to 2.1.68
