[BUG] Cannot type the letter 'n' in new hook command input

What's Wrong?
When you type 'n' into the new hook command input, it behaves like you hit Esc
What Should Happen?
I should be able to use commands with the letter n as hooks

Steps to Reproduce
claude > /hooks > <any hook type> > + Add new hook... > type 'bun'
The UI resets to "+ Add new hook..." as soon as you hit the letter 'n', as if you had hit Esc instead.
