[BUG] Add Marketplace closes when you type the letter 'n' in the string

Resolved 💬 2 comments Opened Jan 19, 2026 by frankbria Closed Jan 21, 2026

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When the user goes into the /plugin menu to add a new marketplace, the text area that accepts the marketplace string closes automatically when you hit the 'n' key. No other letter does this. I've tried this in a few different environments and get the same behavior.

What Should Happen?

The add marketplace dialogue should let you type a string with the letter 'n'

Error Messages/Logs

No error, it just goes back to the previous menu.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open 'claude'
  2. Type '/plugin'
  3. Tab twice over to Marketplaces
  4. Hit <enter> on Add Marketplace
  5. Type 'n'
