[BUG] Many short-cuts don't work with soft keyboards

What's Wrong?

When using Claude Code over SSH from my iPad, many short-cuts, like Shift-Tab, Shift-Enter, Ctrl+D Ctrl+D do not work, probably because they require timing not achievable with a software (on screen) keyboard.

What Should Happen?

It would be great if timing could be relaxed or if there were /-commands do do the same (eg. toggle auto-approve).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to a Mac via an iOS SSH client like Prompt 3 or WebSSH
2. Unlock macOS keychain
3. Start claude
4. Try to use keyboard short-cuts
