[FEATURE] [Desktop] /soft-clear: clear context but keep chat history (in session)

Problem Statement

I keep getting dinged for running sessions over 150k tokens. I want to clear my session, but I don't want to lose all the decisions, questions, and plans. Using /compact does nearly what I want, preserve history, reduce context. But this takes tokens and time. Of course a workaround is starting a new session, but this is multiple times a day for me, and leaves a very confusing trace of old sessions.

Proposed Solution

Please add a /soft-clear that cost no tokens, clears context window, and preserves chat history in the same session. (maybe indicate with a different font color or background color, maybe add a divider)
