[FEATURE] auto /clear

Problem Statement

Hi, currently as I know, /clear can't be executed automatically
But if we work with /loop, this is just question of time when it collects to many context or garbage.

Proposed Solution

Can we somehow clean context with /clear in auto mode, for example on specific event, hook or after specific amount of tasks iterations?
