[Feature Request] Add option to skip duplicate clarification questions across multi-agent planning sessions

Bug Description
Have noticed that sometimes claude will ask you the same questions multiple times while doing planning. I think the cause is Opus 4.5 using sub agents to do planning. Can you add a option like I have already answered this question so we can skip them but know to use the answer from another agent?
