[BUG] Everytime I accept edits or edits for this session, it says I rejected the edit

What's Wrong?

Everytime I accept edits or edits for this session, it says I rejected the edit

What Should Happen?

When I select "Yes" in any capacity when asked to edit the file when accept edit mode is on, it should edit the file. I should not have to re-prompt it to say that I didn't reject it and it should continue

2. It wants to update / edit a file and asks for permission
3. Give permission to edit
