What's Wrong?
I try to enhance my project-level claude skills. when this pops up:
Do you want to make this edit to requirements.txt?
❯ 1. Yes
- Yes, allow all edits during this session (shift+tab)
- No, and tell Claude what to do differently (esc)
i choose 2. and claude interprets that the user rejected the request to edit file.
What Should Happen?
Claude should edits all relevant files in that session without asking for permission.

Steps to Reproduce
- make a plan to edit files in project skills folder
- accept the plan
- wait until claude wants to edit some files
- select Yes, allow all edits during this session (shift+tab)
