[BUG] Accept Edits mode doesn't working in windows 11

What's Wrong?

When I apply allow edits in session, it doesn't work. I have to manually accept all edits in my files.

It should accept all edits in the chat session

2. Accept edits in session
3. Prompt a task that has to create or edit files via claude code
