[BUG] PR badge and statusline `pr` field never appear for GHE.com SSH remotes with a non-"git" SSH user

What's Wrong?

On a repository hosted on a GitHub Enterprise Cloud with data residency tenant (*.ghe.com), Claude Code never
shows the footer PR badge, and the statusline JSON never contains the pr field, even on a branch with an
open PR.

The origin remote is the SSH URL GitHub gives for this tenant: <tenant>@<tenant>.ghe.com:<org>/<repo>.git.
On GHE.com the SSH user must be the tenant name: ssh -T <tenant>@<tenant>.ghe.com authenticates, while
ssh -T git@<tenant>.ghe.com is rejected with "Permission denied (publickey)". So the remote cannot be
changed to the usual git@ form.

Claude Code fails to parse this remote ("Parsed repository: null") and treats the directory as not being a
GitHub repository, so the PR status check never runs. GH_HOST=<tenant>.ghe.com is set (via settings.json env)
and gh auth status shows an active login for that host, yet there is not even the
"gh auth login for PR status" hint the docs describe for a GH_HOST host without a token.

What Should Happen?

scp-style SSH remotes with any user (user@host:owner/repo.git) should be parsed, not only git@host:owner/repo.git.
Claude Code should then detect the open PR on the *.ghe.com host, show the PR badge in the footer, and populate
the statusline pr field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone a repository from a *.ghe.com tenant over SSH using the URL GitHub provides:

git clone <tenant>@<tenant>.ghe.com:<org>/<repo>.git

1. Authenticate gh for the host: gh auth login --hostname <tenant>.ghe.com
2. Set GH_HOST=<tenant>.ghe.com (e.g. in ~/.claude/settings.json under "env").
3. Check out a branch that has an open pull request.
4. Start claude --debug in the repository and send a prompt.
5. Observe: no PR badge in the footer, no pr field in the statusline JSON, and the debug log shows

"Parsed repository: null".
