Bug Description
Prompt suggestion ghost text renders in near-black instead of dimmed gray on Windows. Same account on macOS shows it gray.
▎ - Claude Code 2.1.289, Windows 11, Windows Terminal, Git Bash -> zsh, One Half Light scheme
▎ - COLORTERM=truecolor is set inside the session
▎ - Still dark with both "Light" and "Light (ANSI colors only)" themes
▎ - Terminal renders faint (\e[2m), bright-black (\e[90m) and 24-bit gray correctly outside Claude
▎ - Screenshots: Windows (dark) and Mac (gray)
