[Bug] Claude Code repeats similar mistakes causing excessive token consumption

Bug Description
Repeating same mistakes many times which takes my limit out. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Either increase my limit WHEN Cluade make repeated SIMILAR mistakes . Else I need to move CHATGPT Codex.
