[BUG] excessive consumption on 5x AGAIN

What's Wrong?

Session usage is again out of wack. a couple % of max consumed on writing README updates. 5x Max usage drained in less than an hour with some CF curl and KV work. This is not acceptable. I'm beginning to think the only way to address this might be via consumer protection laws. Customer support is a massive joke.

What Should Happen?

Show users their context and token use in a granular form.
