[Bug] Subagent threads become inaccessible after team lead session disappears

Bug Description
Sometimes when a session with subagents is working and I have multiple sessions open, the option to jump between threads disappears and I am stuck in a sub agent thread, and can't go back to the team lead thread.
I found out that when the team lead session disappears and I am stuck in the subagents (I can't see any other threads within the session besides the one from the subagent), it works to close the session and do /resume.
