Projects: let the coordinator push a notification (desktop and phone) when it needs my answer

Problem Statement
I run 25 Claude Code Projects. I set them up so threads never ask me anything directly: a thread that needs a decision or a fact ends its turn with a report, and the coordinator asks me in the project conversation with a decision card, one card per question.
That works, but I only find the cards when I happen to open the project. The coordinator has no way to tell me it is waiting. I asked one directly on 1 Oct 2026 and it confirmed it has no notification tool of any kind. A local Claude Code session has PushNotification, which reaches my desktop and, through Remote Control, my phone. The coordinator, which is exactly the session that collects questions for me, has nothing like it.
The desktop app does show a banner when Claude posts in a project conversation, but only on desktop and only while the app is running in the background. On my phone or in a browser there is nothing, so a card can sit for hours while threads wait on it.
Proposed Solution
Give the project coordinator a notification tool equivalent to PushNotification: one short line, delivered to the desktop app and to the Claude mobile app.
A per-project setting for when it fires would help: "only when you need my answer" (decision cards and questions), "also when a thread finishes", or "off".
Ideally a decision card posts a notification on its own, so it does not depend on the coordinator remembering to send one.
Alternative Solutions
I could run a watcher on my laptop that polls each project's timeline for new decision cards and raises a notification itself. That relies on an undocumented endpoint, only works while the laptop is on, and duplicates something the app already knows.
Opening every project several times a day to look for cards also works, but with 25 projects it defeats the point of a coordinator.
Priority
Medium - Would be very helpful

Use Case Example
- I send a project a task and walk away from my desk.
- A thread needs a fact only I know, ends its turn and reports to the coordinator.
- Today: the coordinator posts a card, and nothing reaches my phone. The thread waits until I next open the project.
- With this feature: my phone shows "Your turn in <project>: 1 question", I answer the card from the mobile app, and the thread carries on.
Additional Context
Claude Code 2.1.284 on Linux, Max plan, Projects. Related: #98385 (folder approvals after a Remote Control restart), #78595 (VS Code session-status notifications, a similar need outside Projects).
