Repository selector resets after ~1 minute; $100 promo credit not applied despite completing steps

What were you trying to do?
I was trying to claim the $100 cloud session credit promo offered on my account. I followed the steps: connected my GitHub account, installed the Claude GitHub App (confirmed under Settings > Connectors, account "robinsmets", status "Installed"), and selected/started a cloud session on the repo robinsmets/pistebier.
What happened instead?
GitHub account and the Claude GitHub App both remain connected (green checkmarks), but the repository selector under "Check repository status" resets from the selected repo (robinsmets/pistebier) back to the empty "owner/repo" placeholder within about a minute, with no action taken on my end. Screenshots attached show this: 10:15 repo selected and confirmed working ("Claude Code cloud sessions can work in robinsmets/pistebier"), 10:16 (one minute later) selector reset to the empty placeholder.
Separately, and possibly related: I completed the GitHub connection and cloud session steps for the $100 promotional credit offer multiple times, but my Usage > Credits balance still shows €0.
