Heavy Claude Code users on Max 20x ($200/month) have no option between the Max 20x limits and usage credits at API rates. For me, usage credits cost about $100 per day, i.e. ~15x the subscription price per month.
Request: an individual tier above Max 20x (for example 30x–40x at $300–400/month). I'd accept worse usage-per-dollar than Max 20x in exchange for a predictable flat price.
